Upgrade your existing analog track with Scalextric digital track pieces, allowing you to race up to six cars on 2 lanes with the pit lane and lane-changing track pieces. To upgrade your analog slot car set, you will need a Scalextric Digital Powerbase C8435 with Digital Hand Controllers C8438, digital lane change pieces, and upgrade your cars with the Digital Plug Ready (DPR) Chip, C8515 for a standard car or C8516 for open wheel/single seaters. Buying a Scalextric Digital Set would allow you to upgrade your analog set the quickest, but all the parts can be purchased separately.

Modify the acceleration characteristics of your car from 5 preconfigured acceleration graphs, with the added ability to limit the maximum power to suit your racing style. New Arcade race mode allows you to pick up powerups to influence your opponent's race, slowing them to a crawl among the other 7 other Race modes available. ARC PRO allows you to race a ghost car.
